Some guy set the max server load to 5.0 which for linux is fairly low
I totally fixed it.

SCDS has been enabled once more! The hacks or features may be buggy, i haven't tested those yet, but SCDS has also recieved updates as well!

Our forum accidentally got caught up in my time machine and you're all seeing data from the year 2009, posts were lost, accounts were lost, VIP status was lost.
(In all seriousness our hard drive fried and we lost all backups on the server, we are trying to recover it but it isn't looking good)
I have removed all the members in the entire forum from VIP (except pre-existing "Godlike" members)

Payments gateway shut down for a while |

We ran into some paypal troubles,
we might be accepting different methods of payment soon,
because PayPal does not "choose to do business with us anymore"
In any case, we are pretty boned.
I will report back when we have an answer.
