View Full Version : How to get the dang thing to work...

Hay im new to this stuff.
Ive been playing combat arms for about 6 months now and im getting board of it.
So i joined a clan...(finally) and the clan announcement was,
"go to thisgamesux.net and download the hack..... im sick and tired of loseing to other hacking faggots in clan wars."

so i decided what the hell ill try it. so i made an account and downloaded the hack. and i did this...

1. Downloaded version 3.0.2: Put (D3DX9_39.dll) (ca_dll_public.flt) (settings.ini) into
C:\Nexon\Combat Arms/mss (i also tryed to put it in "C:\Nexon\Combat Arms" but still didnt work)

2. Changed the (settings.ini) document so it had my username and password for this account. and i saved it...

3. Put (D3DX9_39.dll) into C:\Nexon\Combat Arms

4. Removed (d3dx9_35.dll) (I've tryed to use it with the folder in it but it still dosent work :-( )

5. Clicked the game icon (and this is where it goes haywire) it checks the version (takes like 1/2 second) then goes to the normal screen where you click "Start Game"

6. Wait and wait and wait and nothing happens. The game dosen't even start.



please help im so confused.

Huh wut? Removed the old d3dx9_39? There wasnt another one...OH WAIT.
Do you mean d3dx9_35? Because if so, youre not supposed to remove that o.O
And also, it doesnt go in MSS, it just goes in normal CA folder

Actually it goes in MSS.

Put it in MSS and load up the game it should work.

ok i did but when i clicked start... nothing happens

and if i try like 6 or 7 times then it will work but there will be a popup that said there has been an error would you like to send an error report?

of course i click no seince what im doing is illegal lmao.:D:D

Really, it goes in MSS?
I never put it there and everything works xD

I put it in MSS too :P. It should work if you do everything right.
