Avast is what I consider probably one of the best Anti-virus systems, all you have to do is scan, and if there's any viruses then all you have to do is move them to the virus chest which prevents you from accidentally running the virus, and if you don't want to scan your entire computer

Search and Destroy is pretty good, if there's any problems, it'll detect it and get rid of them quick and easily!

Spyware Blaster basically gives you back up, in case one of these programs didn't pick up any viruses and such.

All these programs are great and I recommend you installing these as fast as you can, because what it sounds like is you do have some viruses/Trojans/worms etc. Avast will help you out a lot.
