did i get banned?

well the reason im posting this thread is because i believe i got banned from CA, ok first i click the CA icon on my desktop , second i hit start game then nothing no hackshield window nothing, opinions anyone?

dont assume anything yet. what i would do is uninstall the game and download it again. you also can look at nexon forums and their they have the list of people they have banned. just hope your ign is not in the list.
