Well im thinking of buying a VIP but then i have no credit card. Is there any other way to buy:confused::confused::confused::confused:

go to a store such as walmart or fred meyers and buy a prepaid debit card they sell for $25-$100 or so and wait a couple hours for it to activate after you buy it then make a paypal account and put the card number from that onto your paypal

do they sell those prepaid debit cards in asia? cos i tried going to 7-11 but they don't sell them. btw i'm from singapore.
