Picure uploading problem

I got a problem with the
picture uploading (avatar an profile picture)

The User CP keeps giving me errors
like "unable to move,copy file" even thought I made sure that the
pics were the correct size.I already tried uploading on imageshack
but when i try with that it gives me another error.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
