The contest has come to a close, And we have watched all the videos and now to announce the winners!

Considering this fact, the video chosen as the second place winner not only had no music throughout the majority of the video, but it also just flashed a black screen after every kill.
It almost was harmful on my eyes to watch it.
I saw many better videos than the ones which were selected. For example, Rajinn's. In my opinion, Rajinn's was by far the best.

I understand that my opinion means nothing to the admins saying as the competition is already over.
Its just my personal view. There was nothing that amazing about any of the three videos. Of the three that were picked, the only one I kinda of liked was Scoped's video. Unfortunately, the music he chose to use did nothing for me.
As far as Uber_tactic's video goes, and this is a direct quote from him, "Sorry for bad quality, YouTube sucks."
It isn't YouTube that sucks. Its obviously your recorder saying as everyone else's video didn't have the bad quality you did.
Fhio, I have already expressed about how your video just plain old hurt my eyes, not to mention not having any music during it.

Yes I did look at yours. I realize it wasn't for the contest. If it were, I would think you should receive first place.

Well you've done a great job so far both on the forums and in the game. Keep it up.
My only complaint was the fact that some people received VIP who didn't necessarily deserve it. (That's only my opinion.) I understand that it doesn't impact the decision in anyway, as it has already been made and it would only be cruel to take away VIP from the winners. (not that my opinion would matter before the contest were over)
I only ask that next time, when/if there is another video contest, that their is more "work" put into the judging process. That or either a brief explanation why each video won to keep people's mouth's shut like mine.
This isn't personal in any way as I did not submit a video for the contest. I am perfectly happy with the Public hacks that this site provides and maybe once I have more time for CA when I am done with college applications I will purchase VIP.

I dunno. The fact that YouTube is kind of overloaded now with TGS vids, I think there should be an official thread where only video links are allowed to be posted.
This would be much easier and quicker in viewing videos. I'm not sure if this was done for this particular competition? as you stated you used the search function on YouTube.
Just my suggestion.

i agree with bolsifer that they should tell us why they were picked so next time we can at least know who we are presenting it too. maybe the judges dont like rap mucis or country music. u know, little info that can help us.:rolleyes:

Thats pretty dumb saying as the fact that almost every single person who submitted their videos, submitted them in the official thread announcing the contest.
Second of all, Fhio didn't even submit a video in that thread. So if what you said is true, how did he win?

Its not true, however those were most definetly looked at, both threads I looked at thanks.
If you just put it up and made a thread in CA section or somewhere, I would not have found it, especially with a weird name.

Why didn't you just make the title somethign else other then "video contest" that really wasn't fair to the other people that just recorded and showed themselfs killing other people. But yeah.
